Handling of personal information of Raleri Shop users.
Raleri, as for the law D.Lgs. June 30th 2003 n.196,
informs its customers that their personal data given when subscribing
an order and/or when invoicing are excluded from the consent rule as they were
collected and retained only to comply with fiscal and/or tax obligation
requested by Italian law and by European rules.
More in detail, RALERI specifies that personal data supplied from its customers will not
be used for sending them commercial information or promotional advertisements or for
market researches if not after a previous expression of consent from the Customer.
