If you are not satisfied with an item that you have bought, you can return the item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price and of the services that you bought on our web-site. For example, if you bought an express shipment for your item, Raleri will re-fund this one too. When Raleri will receive the item, it will refund the purchase price. You will be in charge of the sole returning shipment.
